Submit your information to the Bureau of Kringle Regulation for your Santa ID!
Season’s Greetings Santa!
We’re a little over a month away from our big day on December 14th! Prep your red suit and get excited because Santa has some special surprises up his sleeve this year. One of which is bringing back Santa ID cards!
The Bureau of Kringle Regulation will be issuing Santa License ID cards to any Santa who submits a request. You can submit your information and upload your photo using THIS FORM to receive your new ID, and a few other goodies on the day of the event. Santa is requesting a $5 donation to cover costs of materials, reindeer games, and other activities. HERE is the donation link if you feel so inclined. Santa loves being inclusive, so if you’re on a tight budget just email bureauofkringle@gmail.com with your favorite Santacon memory, or what it means to you, and we’ll make you an ID without donating once you’ve filled out the form.
This is the Bureau’s 10 year anniversary since it was founded on a sunny afternoon in 2014. As Santas ascended to the top of Barnsdall Park they were met with a staged box truck. The back door swung open to reveal an office full of tests and an ID photo-booth, and THAT is when the Bureau of Kringle Regulation was born. The Bureau is the regulatory body for Santa, and in order to receive your License to Santa you had to prove your ability to be Santa by taking several tests.
Santa Sobriety made you walk a straight line on candy cane patterned tape

Name that Reindeer by guessing the name of the reindeer when shown a picture
Coal Stocking Speed Test to see how much real coal you can put into a stocking
After passing these tests, you got your picture taken and were given a printed “License to Make Merry” ID card. At the height of all this cacophony a pickup truck driven by a Bureau member slowly crept up the road. Santas began to get out of the way when they realized, it was FILLED WITH SNOW! Santas rushed the truck and a “regulated” snowball fight broke out. Here’s the full Youtube video that will take you back to that snow filled day.
Ever since then we’ve been creating these Santa ID cards for the Santa masses. The Santa ID is NOT required to attend the event. They’re just a memento with your own Cacophonist artistic expression including your Santa name and ID photo of your choosing.
